A week in review

So last week has been really fun and really sad at  the same time. So on Monday my fraternity and i won our basketball game against Lambda Chi. I mean they sucked anyway but still it was pretty sweet, and today we play alpha psi roe to determine who is number one seed going into play offs. Tuesday i hung out with my lovely girlfriend and i was just really happy that day. Wednesday i had class and then went to the Kappa vs AZD basketball game which was fun and i met a lot of new people. Thursday i didn't do much besides go to the Alpha Phi event which was alright then i hung out with some of the bros. Friday, my fraternity was suppose to play football but the other team didn't show up so that sucked, but i also found out my "babe" goes to CSUN so i was talking to her for awhile, then i went home to see my family. Saturday i went to my little sisters gymnastics practice, then went to lunch and shopping with them. Then i went to my girlfriends house to help her pack her stuff and spend my last day with her before college. Saturday was a really happy day for me but also sad because i won't get to see her for another 3 weeks for her birthday. But i'll live. Ok so this week, boy today has already started off bad! I woke up late then i forgot my essay for my English class and now i just realized i didn't print out my psychology homework so after this i have to go and do that.

So, what's up? This will be the last post i do from the Starbucks because i get internet next week; thank god! So some exciting stuff has been happening this week. As we all know this week at CSUN was rush week for the fraternities. I only had to go to one event to know that i was at home with the brothers. On Monday, the first day of rush, i got the first bid to become a pledge for the Fraternity of true gentlemen Sigma Alpha Epsilon! I was really stoked and i can't wait to create bonds with the brothers. To be honest, i've done more homework during the course of rush week than i have like ever. it's weird, but then again i need to sustain a 2.5 gpa to stay in the fraternity, so i guess it's a good thing that i have been doing more homework. But enough about rush and me being awesome. Lets talk about the Chargers baby! They won their first game against the Oakland Raiders! Too bad i lost my first game in fantasy football to my asshole of a friend. Lets just say he made it known that he beat me, even though it was only by 8 points. He's got a little wiener so it's ok, we all know his anger issues hide things deeper. Well till next time, see you next week.

The Starbucks Life

So here i am, again, blogging in a Starbucks because i still don't have internet at my grandparents. And since i haven't been given a topic to talk about yet i'll just do a whatever post.

So i mean college is going pretty well, i mean it doesn't seem too much different than high school. At least not yet. Riding to and from school on the days i have class and working out at the CSUN gym on the days i don't have class have done wonders to me. i have more energy and i've lost 7lbs already. that's good right? i haven't felt this good since last summer when i worked out all the time.

so i got invited to two frat rush week events and i'm kinda stoked. Gonna rage and party it up hard. nah but seriously i'm really stoked to broaden my horizons. And today at the gym i met two really fine babes and they actually talked to me! like what!? why would they talk to me. But anyway like i was saying, frat life...should i do it or not, i'm not entirely sure yet.
